Composite Panel Products

DSJ provide composite panel products, produced from FRP (fibre reinforced plastic), which is an incredibly versatile product used in many different applications where conventional materials cannot meet the required specifications and standards. For instance fire ratings, impact resistance, weight considerations, etc.

The panels can be produced in a wide range of colours and specifications, to tie in with existing building colour schemes and blend with their environment.

Panels are manufactured by press bonding FRP onto a range of core materials to produce an attractive, yet functional, cladding/infill solution for a wide variety of new build and refurbishment applications. Specialist high performance adhesive systems are used to create a structural bond between the FRP skins and core materials to protect against potential failure and de-lamination.

The panels are tailor made to suit individual customer requirements, combinations of thickness, colour, surface texture, can all be incorporated into each panel to provide a wide choice of design configuration.

Surface finished can also be varied depending upon the application required. Inclusion of Dura-tec®, a surface protection membrane, can significantly enhance the quality and lifespan by providing a high level of UV and graffiti resistance.

Surface Textures include:

• UV crinkle (leatherette) (emboss)
• UV Smooth (mid gloss)
• Deep crinkle (emboss, not available with Dura-tec)

Other surface textures such as high-gloss, wood grain, and matt finish can also be achieved to specific customer requirements.
